Who Is This For

Buyers Who Need to See the Factory

You need proof of raw sourcing and manufacturing control — not a trading company reselling from workshops. Each account type below has a documented onboarding path with Cici, our head of sales. Expect a 30-minute discovery call before your first PO so expectations around MOQ, lead time, and documentation are set in writing.

Product Range

What We Manufacture In-House

Every product built on our shop floor from verified raw hair. Our full range is sold under one wholesale account, with combined shipping and consolidated invoicing. Buyers running mixed-SKU reorders save roughly 8–12% in logistics overhead vs. multi-vendor sourcing.

Manufacturer FAQ

What Factory-Direct Buyers Ask

Questions below are the ones Cici answers by email every week, in the order of frequency we see them. If your question is not here, email her — we add new entries as new questions emerge.

Q1How do you verify Remy quality?
Every batch of raw hair goes through cuticle direction verification under 40x magnification at intake. Non-Remy hair with cuticles running against the direction is rejected before entering production. Single-donor batches are kept separate for premium lines.
Q8What is your factory production capacity per SKU family?
Steady-state monthly output: 40,000 packs across pre-bonded and tape-in; 8,000 rows across hand-tied and genius weft; 5,000 sets across clip-in and halo; 900 kg across adhesive line. Audited quarterly.
Q12What is your factory audit score on standard B2B compliance frameworks?
Our latest SGS audit (Q2 2026): social compliance 87/100, quality management 92/100, workplace safety 88/100. Full audit reports available under NDA to serious buyers. Third-party audits (buyer's own auditor) welcome with 5-business-day advance notice.
Q13Do you produce for private label brands whose names might be well-known?
Yes, but never disclosed. Every private-label partner is protected by NDA at the discovery-call stage. When you sign a PL contract with us, your brand receives the same NDA protection against being cited to any other buyer or public source.
Q14What is your position on production monitoring by buyers?
Real-time production video sampling via WhatsApp is available at no charge on all POs. Weekly production photos are automatic on 500+ pack POs. In-person supervision by buyer's auditor at our factory is welcome with 5-day notice and reasonable safety clearance.
Q15How do you handle a production defect discovered after shipment?
Report within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence and the batch number from your QC card. We cross-check against our retained batch sample (kept 12 months). Confirmed defects trigger full replacement production at our cost, or credit on your next PO at your election.
Q9How do you handle a sudden 3x volume surge order?
We can absorb 2x normal SKU volume within standard 18-day lead time by activating our second-shift tying floor. Beyond 2x, we quote a 25-day lead time with weekend production, at +12% unit cost.
Q10What percentage of your production is in-house vs. outsourced?
100% of hair processing (sort, wash, color, tie, bond) is in-house. 100% of adhesive manufacture is in-house. Packaging print and corrugate cartons are sourced from two audited partners within 15 km of our factory.
Q11Do you provide production progress updates?
Yes. Cici sends milestone updates at 3 stages: (1) production kickoff after payment clears, (2) mid-production photo update, (3) QC-passed and ready-to-ship notification. Custom SLA available for 1000+ pack orders.
Q2Do you own the factory or outsource production?
We own our Qingdao facility with over 100 in-house production staff. All wefting, tipping, coloring, packing, and QC happens on our floor — no outsourcing to other workshops.
Q3What is your monthly production capacity?
Standard monthly capacity is 30,000-plus packs across all product types. Peak capacity reaches 45,000 packs during high season with scheduled shift expansion.
Q4Can you handle exclusive raw sourcing?
Yes. Accounts committing to annual volume above 8,000 packs can request exclusive raw hair sourcing from specific origin regions. Reserved batches ship with origin certificate.
Q5How do you prevent non-Remy contamination in Remy batches?
Non-Remy and Remy production lines are physically separated. Different color-coded tools, workstations, and packaging. Remy batches carry a batch ID cross-referenced back to the raw hair intake report.
Q6What quality certifications do you hold?
SGS lab reports on 100% human hair verification, Remy certification per batch, CE marking on consumables, ISO 9001 quality management. Documentation ships with every wholesale order.
Q7What payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal, and Western Union. Custom and private label orders require 100 percent payment upfront. Stock orders also require full payment before production or shipment. No partial deposits.
