Factory-Direct Hair Extensions, Built From The Cuticle Up
VeeJeen is a Qingdao-based manufacturer of human hair extensions and salon consumables. We serve 25 countries with 180 workers on a 12,000 sqm floor, and we sell only to B2B buyers.
Ten Years Of One Job: Making Hair That Wears Right
VeeJeen started in a rented workshop in Qingdao in 2015 with three tying tables and one shipping container. We grew to a 12,000 sqm floor because salons kept coming back. The rest of this page is what we built along the way.
- Founder-run. Our founder still walks the tying floor every week and signs off on every private-label sample.
- One product family. We do human hair extensions and the consumables that install them. Nothing else.
- B2B only. We do not sell one-piece retail. Our smallest wholesale order is 50 packs.
- Salon-first design. Every product goes through 3 salon partners before it ships to buyers.
How VeeJeen Grew, Year By Year
The moments that shaped how we ship today.
Three Tables In A Rented Workshop
Started with weft production for two local salons in Qingdao. First-year revenue: 40 salons.
Added Tape-In And Micro-Bead Lines
Salon requests pushed us into pre-bonded formats. We hired a dedicated tape adhesive engineer that year.
Opened Private-Label Program
Started producing under salon and distributor brands. 40 private-label partners signed in the first 18 months.
Built Adhesive Manufacturing In-House
50L reactor commissioned. Our own extension glue and UV bond now ship under third-party labels across the EU.
Moved To Current Facility
Consolidated tying, adhesive, and packing into one building. Doubled QC lab space. Added a private-label sample studio.
Serving 400+ Salons And 60+ Distributors
US, UK, EU, AU, MENA, LATAM. English + Chinese sales team. IATA-DG certified for adhesive air shipments.
What Runs Through Our Floor Every Week
Steady output is what B2B buyers pay for. Here is what steady looks like at VeeJeen.
Four Rules That Set Every Order
They apply to a first-time 50-pack buyer and a five-year private-label partner alike.
Real Remy, Cuticle-Aligned
No fiber blends, no acid baths. Cuticles run one direction end to end. Documented against the source ledger for every incoming raw material bundle.
Documented QC
Every batch has a signed sheet: color ΔE, tensile pull, shed weight, moisture.
No Free Samples
Buyers pay for samples and shipping. Filters serious buyers. Same standard for everyone.
100% Payment Before Production
Custom orders paid in full up front. No partial deposits. We start the tying line the day funds clear.
