Six Rooms Between Raw Hair And Your Shipping Container
Every extension VeeJeen ships passes through the same six rooms in the same order. Walk them below, or book a live video tour with Cici on WhatsApp.
Six Rooms, In Production Order
From raw ponytails at the intake dock to sealed cartons on the shipping deck.
Raw Material Intake
Ponytails arrive sealed and are logged with source ledger. Each bundle is weighed, tagged, and cuticle-checked before it moves inside.
Sort & Length Grade
Hand-sorted by cuticle direction, then measured to the centimeter. Below-spec strands drop out before they hit the wash line.
Wash, Condition, Dry
pH-controlled cleaning cycle, low-heat tunnel dry, then a rest interval to relax the cuticle before color processing.
Color & Tone
Custom shade lab. Every color batch is spectrometer-checked against your reference swatch to a ΔE below 2.0.
Tie, Bond, Assemble
Hand-tied weft floor, K-tip bonding station, tape adhesive line. Every station has posted per-shift output targets.
QC Lab, Pack, Ship
Final QC gate, moisture seal, box label, then hand-off to freight. IATA-DG paperwork produced in-house for adhesive shipments.
