Eight Substrates To Customize
Each substrate below is a separate order line. Bundle them or take them one at a time.
Outer Box
Rigid magnetic-close box, drawer box, or folded corrugate. Matte, gloss, or textured finish.
Kraft, art paper, or Fedrigoni. 300–450 gsm.
Poly Bag
Product bag inside the box. Ziplock or heat-seal. Clear, tinted, or metallized.
90–120 micron PE. Foil-print logo optional.
Insert Card
Brand story, care instructions, install guide. Full-color print, both sides.
300 gsm art paper. 4-color CMYK + spot color.
Hang Tag
Attached to weft or pack. Carries SKU code, lot number, and brand mark.
350 gsm coated. String or elastic loop.
Weft Ribbon
Color-matched ribbon at the top of every weft. Woven logo optional.
Nylon or polyester. 3 cm or 4 cm width.
Foil Stamp
Metallic accent on box, insert, hang tag, or bag. Gold, rose gold, silver, black, holographic.
Hot foil or cold foil. 5 stock colors.
Emboss / Deboss
Raised or recessed brand mark on the box. Blind emboss or foil emboss.
Custom die. USD 80–150 die fee.
Shipping Carton
Outer master carton for shipping. Brand-printed or unbranded (blind). DHL / FedEx / UPS express under 30 kg; audited forwarders for air 50+ kg and ocean LCL/FCL.
7-ply corrugate. Master 30 or 50 packs.
