Who Is This For

Brands That Sell Glue as a Product

Glue-specific brands, cosmetic formulators, and importers who need documented liquid manufacturing. Each account type below has a documented onboarding path with Cici, our head of sales. Expect a 30-minute discovery call before your first PO so expectations around MOQ, lead time, and documentation are set in writing.

Buyer Type Ⅰ

Glue Brand Owners

Your brand specializes in hair extension adhesives. You need a factory that treats glue as the primary product, not an afterthought.

Buyer Type Ⅱ

Cosmetic Formulators

You develop new bonding formulas. You need contract manufacturing that can execute your formulation with stability documentation.

Buyer Type Ⅲ

Beauty Importers

You import liquid cosmetics into regulated markets. SDS, EU compliance, and import documentation are required for every shipment.

Buyer Type Ⅳ

Distributors

You resell to salons and retailers who ask about cosmetic safety documentation before stocking your product.

Buyer Type Ⅴ

OEM Buyers

Your existing product line is expanding into extension bonding. Contract manufacture on our line without building your own.

Liquid Manufacturing Capability

Purpose-Built Line for Adhesive Production

Not a shared cosmetic line. Our liquid consumables facility is dedicated to bonding adhesives and hair care liquids. Capability below is a core production unit of our 12,000 sqm floor, not a buy-in from a partner facility. Equipment make, model, and age are documented and can be shared under NDA.

Glue Factory FAQ

What Glue Brand Buyers Ask

Questions below are the ones Cici answers by email every week, in the order of frequency we see them. If your question is not here, email her — we add new entries as new questions emerge.

Q1What glue formulations can you manufacture?
We produce four base formulations: keratin bond, Italian keratin, UV LED-cure resin, and tape adhesive. Each formula supports viscosity tuning, tint customization, and cure-time adjustment. Custom formula development available at 500-unit minimum.
Q9What adhesive chemistry is your factory equipped to produce?
Cyanoacrylate keratin bond, UV-cure methacrylate bond, and acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (for tape-in). Our 50L reactor supports all three chemistries with dedicated lines to prevent cross-contamination.
Q13What is your maximum adhesive production capacity per month?
900 kg per month across cyanoacrylate keratin bond, UV bond, and tape acrylic PSA. That is our steady-state; peak can hit 1,200 kg during Q4 push with second-shift reactor cycles. Documented monthly on our production report.
Q14How do you validate the medical-grade claim on the adhesive?
Skin-contact safety validated by dermal patch test on batch sample and by ISO 10993-10 sensitization test on retained sample. Documentation available per batch, in English, refreshed per lot.
Q15Do you supply adhesive under multiple private label brands from the same reactor?
Yes, on separated production lines with cleaning cycles between brand batches. Every brand's formulation is locked to that account. Cross-contamination is prevented by reactor cleaning protocol and batch chemistry verification (GC-MS) at line start.
Q16What is your policy on adhesive rejection at destination customs?
If destination customs rejects the shipment due to adhesive classification issue (rare, usually India / Brazil / South Africa), we work with the buyer to either re-route to an accepting port at our shared cost, or destroy locally with certificate. Full refund on refused shipments if the paperwork was our error.
Q10How do you handle IATA-DG paperwork for air shipment?
Our shipping desk generates the DGD (Dangerous Goods Declaration) in-house per lot. Flash point, UN number, packing group, and net quantity per package all documented per shipment. Carrier-ready by default.
Q11Can I request a custom cure time or viscosity?
Yes, on 500+ unit private label orders. Standard cure times: UV 30s / cyanoacrylate 5s / acrylic PSA 8-week hold. Custom formulations undergo 3-week feasibility review before quoting.
Q12What is the shelf life of your adhesive products?
Cyanoacrylate keratin bond: 24 months from batch date, sealed and refrigerated. UV bond: 24 months, sealed and dark storage. Tape adhesive: 30 months in original packaging. Shelf life printed on every unit.
Q2Do you provide Safety Data Sheets and EU compliance documentation?
Yes. Every wholesale order ships with SDS, product safety report, and EU Regulation 1223/2009 cosmetic compliance documentation. Additional certifications available on request — REACH, CPSR, and Product Information File.
Q3What is the minimum order for custom formula development?
Custom formula development requires a 500-unit minimum on the resulting production run. Development timeline is 15 to 20 days for R&D plus stability testing. Stability testing runs 21 days minimum before bulk production.
Q4How do you ship liquid consumables internationally?
Liquid consumables ship air freight or express — never sea freight for temperature-sensitive formulas. Packaging complies with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations for cosmetic adhesives. UN classification and SDS included with every air waybill.
Q5What container sizes can you fill?
Standard sizes: 5ml, 10ml, 30ml, 100ml, 250ml. Bulk drums up to 5 liters. Applicator styles: brush tip, pin tip, dropper, dispenser bottle. Custom container sizing available on 500-unit minimum orders.
Q6Do you offer private label for glue?
Yes. Private label covers container shape, cap color, label design, insert card, retail box, and formula tint. Custom formulations available at 500-unit minimum. Full brand-launch consulting for glue-specific brands.
Q7How stable are your formulations over shelf life?
Keratin bond and Italian keratin: 24-month shelf life. UV glue: 18-month shelf life (UV-blocked container required). Tape adhesive: 18-month shelf life. Stability tested at 25°C, 40°C accelerated aging, and 4°C cold cycle before release.
Q8What payment terms apply to custom glue orders?
Bank transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance, PayPal, and Western Union. Custom formulations and private label orders require 100 percent payment upfront. Stock formulations also require full payment before production or shipment. No partial deposits.
