VeeJeen does not send free samples. Buyers pay for the sample and the shipping. The fee is credited back to the first bulk order. This policy filters serious buyers and lets us ship the same quality to every customer, first-time and repeat.

The whole sample process takes 5–10 business days depending on shipping zone.

Email Cici with product, length, weight, and color code. She confirms sample fee and freight cost.
Pay Sample Fee
Pay via PayPal or T/T. Sample fee ranges from USD 25 to USD 120 depending on product.
Sample Built
Sample built on the production floor in 2–3 business days, same spec and QC as bulk orders.
DHL Ship
Ships via DHL Express with tracking. 3–7 business days worldwide. IATA-DG for adhesive samples.

Full payment before production starts. No deposits, no partial payments. Cleared funds start the tying line.
Sample Fee Credited
Sample fee is deducted from the first bulk order above the credit threshold in the table.

Bank T/T for orders > USD 3,000. Alibaba Trade Assurance available. PayPal for samples only.
Lead Time After Payment
Standard stock 3–7 days, custom 12–18 days, private label 21–30 days. All start on cleared payment.
